Setting up for Jackson Art, Beer & Wine Festival

Setting up for Jackson Art, Beer & Wine Festival

Here in Jackson, I've always felt fortunate that we have so many annual events worth attending. From the Hot Air Jubilee to the Civil War Muster and more, this community is great for those who enjoy public events.

One of my favorites has always been the Art, Beer and Wine festival. My wife and I used to enjoy volunteering at the event in years past, mostly before we had kids. It's always been a great time and has never stopped growing since it began however many years ago.

Well this year, for the first time, I decided to sign up as a vendor. I applied and was accepted and am now prepping to represent ScratchOffPosters.com tomorrow at Ella Sharp Park.

I have never taken my business to an event before and consider this a test to find out if they are worthwhile. If it doesn't end up being productive I won't mind; I'll be happy just getting to attend ABW. But if I sell a lot of scratch off posters I may consider signing up for more events in the region.

Today I've been prepping inventory, testing my new card reader, printing signs, getting cash to have change on hand, and setting up my canopy on site. It's looking pretty nice.

Hope to see a lot of you there tomorrow!
